Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items including the RMA slip and ship them back to our Queensferry warehouse using a tracked courier service.
Refund Processing
Once our team inspects the returned equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
